1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rgwin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the rgwin platform accessible at rgwin.cam, operating under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Platform" means the rgwin website, mobile-optimised interface, games lobby, wallet system, and all associated services available at rgwin.cam and any subdomain thereof.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rgwin Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds held in a Player's rgwin wallet that have been deposited from a verified payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free bet allocation, or bonus fund credited to a Player's account pursuant to an rgwin promotional offer.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees rgwin's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rgwin Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with rgwin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and rgwin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation in real-money gaming on the rgwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. rgwin employs mandatory age and identity verification procedures, and any Account found to be held by an individual below the minimum age will be immediately suspended and all funds therein dealt with in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the rgwin Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rgwin does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction other than those in which it holds valid regulatory authorization. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and liability.

3.3 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on a Philippine government-issued identification document, your active mobile number registered in the Philippines, a valid email address, and date of birth. rgwin reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered rgwin Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. rgwin employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be dealt with in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidance.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication configuration. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or permit any third party to access your Account.

rgwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, your use of a shared or public device, or your disclosure of credentials to a third party.

You must notify rgwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You may do this by contacting our support team via live chat. rgwin may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any security concern.

• You must ensure that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not use your rgwin Account for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.
• Corporate accounts, professional gambling syndicate accounts, and accounts used in connection with any third-party software or systematic betting systems intended to circumvent rgwin's game mathematics are prohibited.
• rgwin reserves the right to close any Account with reasonable notice and to return any Real Money Balance to the registered payment method where we reasonably believe an Account is being misused.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rgwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). rgwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposit must be registered in the Account holder's own verified name.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your rgwin wallet in real time under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to two (2) banking hours during standard banking days. rgwin imposes minimum deposit thresholds and may impose maximum deposit limits in accordance with your verified account tier and PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method verified in the Account holder's own name. rgwin reserves the right to require completion of full KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verified accounts with GCash as their registered withdrawal method may receive same-session processing under normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing timelines. rgwin does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts retain their Real Money Balance in full, which remains withdrawable upon re-verification. Bonus Balances associated with expired promotional periods will lapse in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the rgwin Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer titles, physical dealing and spinning equipment observable via live HD video feed. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures for each game are published on the respective game information pages within the Platform.

• rgwin reserves the right to void any wager or series of wagers that resulted from a software malfunction, data feed error, or any technical fault that caused game outcomes to differ from those that would have been produced under normal operating conditions.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer session, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. Any wager placed prior to disconnection is binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. rgwin reserves the right to modify table limits with reasonable notice.
• Wagers placed using Bonus Balance are subject to any wagering multiplier and game contribution weighting set out in the applicable promotion terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rgwin offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin allocations, and tournament entry credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, before any portion may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus Balances that remain unconverted at the expiry of the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed within each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Balance is active, individual bets exceeding the maximum permitted bet threshold stated in the promotion terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Players and may not be claimed in conjunction with other ongoing promotions unless expressly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rgwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game on the Platform in a manner that substitutes for or augments human decision-making.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in game mathematics to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are not payable and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform staff.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward rgwin staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.
• Placing wagers as an agent or nominee on behalf of any third party.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rgwin Platform, including but not limited to game graphics, software, source code, logos, trademarks, user interface design, text, imagery, and video content, is the exclusive property of rgwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of rgwin.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

rgwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at rgwin.cam/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

rgwin complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes. rgwin does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

rgwin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend gaming activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. During any active self-exclusion period, rgwin will not process any reactivation request prior to the exclusion expiry date.

rgwin fully supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players who require assistance beyond rgwin's own tools are encouraged to seek support from licensed responsible gaming services in the Philippines.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rgwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to the Platform in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

rgwin shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if rgwin has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude rgwin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by rgwin's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Amendments

rgwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number held on their Account with not less than seven (7) days' advance notice, unless an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directive, in which case the amendment will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the rgwin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact rgwin's customer support team to seek resolution through rgwin's internal complaints procedure. rgwin commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Players who are dissatisfied with rgwin's internal resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player protection procedures.
